Give Animals a Second Chance at BBM Rescue
Donation protected
BBM et ses 4 Pattes animal rescue (NEQ 3378315090), based near Montreal, Quebec, saved Chance the cat (@savechancethecat on Instagram) despite him being old and very ill.
Stefanie, the owner of the rescue, says yes to the hardest cases but she needs your support to continue saving these innocent animals. The rescue is currently caring for 44 cats and 6 dogs.
Help us make miracles happen by saving the animals that need it most. Stefanie has saved so many animals from euthanasia by giving them a second chance.
What your donation will do:
1. Help an innocent cat named Tom who needs dental surgery among other vet care as he was abandoned to live on the streets by his owners for 2 long years.
Tom had a "home". If you could call it that... His owners let him live outside for YEARS and he got extremely ill. Someone in the neighborhood saw how ill he looked and told his “owner's” he needed care urgently. The owner's reluctantly agreed to let him get help with BBM rescue.
He is one of the sweetest most loving cats. The owner's later shared that they wanted him back because they just wanted to put him down despite him being able to get stronger and live a good life for once. Who could do this to their baby? Tom is so social and sweet but due to his years outside he is FiV and FeLV positive. Tom will also need dental surgery.
We truly believe Tom deserves a better life, even if he does not have many years left on this earth, can we make them beautiful?
2. Help Hope, a cat with epilepsy found abandoned deep in the forest
Hope was found abandoned deep in the woods. She was taken in by Stefanie, but something was wrong… she started seizing. Additionally, she needed dental surgery and it seemed one eye had to be removed.
Once she made it to the operating room, the doctor was shocked! A porcupine quill was stuck under her palette and pushing against her eye. Once the quill was removed she was okay to keep her eye but needed to heal from her eye infection. Unfortunately, she ended up getting an abscess from this. It was a long road to recovery for Hope.
Hope is on a new medication dosage for her epilepsy and is going for a check-up on August 2nd. Thank you for helping this sweet affectionate girl.
3. Help 2 senior dogs who were facing euthanasia because they were not allowed to stay in their owners apartment from no fault of her own
For Maverick and Beauté, two beloved 11 and 12-year-old dogs, their owner's unwavering love knew no bounds. For two years, she chose to live in a camper just to be with them, a testament to the profound bond they shared - they were her entire world.
However, fate dealt a cruel blow when their owner fell seriously ill, forcing her to move to an HLM (public housing). Devastatingly, the rules of her new residence forbade her from bringing the dogs along.
The journey to save these two innocent souls has just begun. Maverick and Beauté are in dire need of essential medical attention, including vaccinations, a comprehensive blood test, flea and tick treatment, and deworming. It's up to us to show them the love and care they deserve.
4. Help an innocent puppy named Keila who was found on the side of the road with a serious problem: she couldn't keep any food down - she was going to die.
Keila was found on the side of the road very ill. She was not able to keep any food down and she was starving at only 2 months old. Keila needed a life saving surgery to fix her issue so she could finally eat food. BBM rescue did not have the funds for the $4,000+ dollar operation but went forward with it despite the fact that it was risky- it might not even work. Thankfully it worked and Keila is a survivor! This strong girl is eating more kibble everyday and she is able to digest it! She is our miracle girl. Please help support her. Anything counts and we appreciate it so much.
5. Help support the 44 cats and 6 dogs at the rescue
