Help Sasha fight a rare Immune Disorder

Donation protected
Sasha suffers from a rare immune disorder, which requires living under near-sterile conditions, and urgently needs assistance with home caregiving for a safe environment.
I implored she create this fundraiser after learning how much pain she is in, and the strain her family has endured while assisting her care.

Updates:

month 11 - Hip replacement surgery has been a success. Seeing her smile after being able to walk again has been a delight. Sasha has been putting most of her energy into daily health maintenance. Plans for an anti-allergen suit have been started.

month 4 - Funds have been well-spent on lots of medical supplies and various accessibility items for a safe environment where Sasha can remain productive. We still need more funding for continued stability and long-term safety. We plan on starting streaming soon and doing another round of fundraising.

day 3 - We cannot express enough what a difference this has made. Sasha is full of hope again and visibly tolerating pain better. She is so used to managing all her essentials that we have been reminding her to rest and rely on the relief fund to take care of things while she recovers. The stress relief by itself has made an incredible difference in her health.

She is still not someone to sit idle even while resting, and we have been working on planning the most efficient use of funds. We will be documenting all purchases for donors to see.

We are also organizing clear instructions for caregivers, so that they can work most efficiently and safely under her special needs. We will be publishing these caregiving documents for free for others with similar conditions to make use of.

Current focus is getting a persistently sanitary home. By utilizing Sasha's background in chemistry, we can make specialized cleaners cheaply in bulk.

She has for a very long time been under an oppressive amount of medical debt and health conditions. Recently she has had exceptional amounts of weakness, impaired mobility, cluster headaches, and general pain after a recent surgery. Due to having a suppressed immune system, surgeries are a great strain on her overall health and comfort. She will soon need an essential hip replacement surgery to replace severely damaged bone tissue.

Frequent problems with joints, tendons, life-threatening allergies, and pain make it difficult for her to keep up with the demands of normal life, let alone the immense amount of work to maintain a sterile environment. She cannot safely access most of the world.
She is very resilient and I expect her to recover enough to have a very good quality of life after achieving stability. She will always live with an immune disorder, but she is an exceptionally resourceful person who has put astonishing effort to provide the ideal environment for her condition.
She is a natural researcher and huge nerd, and has developed many techniques and systems for handling various problems, and her work with streaming and vlogging may help others with similar problems.
Most notable is her finding that beneficial soil microbes don't present a danger to her immune system, and also enrich the quality and yields from her garden. Such a carefully cultivated garden may provide a suitable microbiome for her, and others with sensitive immune systems, to live in long-term without losing access to elements of the natural world.

The current donation goal is for urgent and potentially life-saving home care, for basic needs such as sanitation and stringent dietary needs. Her health insurance does not cover certain equipment, medications, and services needed for her rare condition.
This relief is immensely important to her long-term well-being.

Later goals will include: a service dog, wheelchair, equipment to allow her to safely leave her home, and medical debt relief.

Even the smallest of donations are appreciated.
If you are unable to contribute financially, please consider sharing this fundraiser on social media, or contacting potential donors.
Any contributions will directly assist Sasha in maintaining a safe living environment until she can do so herself.
