Urgent Furnace Replacement for Tom and Melissa

We are Tom and Melissa. We've been married for nearly 35 years. My husband, Tom, is disabled. We live in a 24-year-old double-wide, and our furnace malfunctioned, resulting in many burned wires and components. We had an H/VAC technician check it out in hopes of repairing it, but he said due to the amount of damage, as well as the entire system being 24 years old, the system needs to be replaced.
