Dear Artie Supporters,
Funding is urgently needed to help this small business owner save his company and livelihood. Art Gutierrez (Artie) is hoping to receive help during his recovery from a wound that occurred in late December of 2016. Being diabetic, the wound became infected and spread rapidly. Doctors at the first two hospitals were considering amputating his foot. He was admitted to USC Medical Center, where surgeons performed two surgeries that saved his foot. His wound is healing, but doctors said it will be a long recovery. During his almost month and a half stay in the hospital , his company has suffered a loss of revenue and is close to going under. He is trying to save his business but doctors have limited his activity to avoid complications in his recovery. Medical bills will be extensive and he needs his company to cover these. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
