Urgent Help for Baxter's Medical Expenses

My son has had his dog for about 12 years, and it's his baby. The neighbor's dog, which is a pit bull, came down and attacked my son's dog, Baxter. It was the most terrifying thing to ever witness. My nephew and I tried so hard to get the pit bull off of him. It had him by the throat, swinging him, and ripped his eye out of the socket.
