Urgent Help for US Family Stuck in UAE

Hello, I'm Ivory. I’m the eldest daughter of a family of 6. My younger brothers (ages 8 and 9 shown in the photo above) and I were led under false pretenses to visit my stepdad (their birth father) in the UAE. He lied to us that we would only be staying for one month in June. He has forcibly taken the boys' passports and put them on a no-flight list. It’s now September, and I’ve been able to go home, but my brothers and mother are running out of money for food as my mother is unable to work in the country due to not knowing the language.

We have reached out to the UAE and US embassy, and they don’t seem interested in helping. We have also talked to the police in the UAE, and they don’t want to help. They told us that they can’t do anything about the active abuse. My stepfather has been physically abusive to my mother, brothers, and me and has also been financially abusing my brothers by not buying food or getting them health care. I was blackmailed while in the country that if I told anyone what was happening (family and police), he would throw me out of the house and have me arrested and deported without my brothers. He’s been abusing us both physically and mentally the entire forced visit. We believe he might be dealing with either mold exposure or drug-induced dementia and bipolar disorder.

We have exhausted our savings getting a lawyer and any help would be appreciated. We are unsure how long they will be stuck in the country fighting a custody battle, but we do know that under my stepfather's care, they (my brothers and mother) will not be fed or taken care of. I personally will not be going back due to their lack of support or help for those being abused.
