Urgent Help for Freddy Avila's Medical and Legal Battle

Hello, my name is Argelia and I'm writing this on behalf of my son, Freddy Avila, the youngest of 4 boys. Freddy is now in custody facing possible prison for defending himself, and now he is in great need of medical attention, as I will explain why.

On August 25th, 2024, while visiting his girlfriend, two men jumped him, beating him in the head and kicking him. Freddy struggled to get away, but he defended himself for his life. In his efforts to save himself, he injured one. Thankfully, he survived. The evidence is all on video.

However, let me take you back a few years. When Freddy was 9 years old, he had a terrible accident that almost took his life. He actually died, but they brought him back by God's grace. He had a concussion and ended up having brain surgery, leaving him with post-concussion syndrome, left ear hearing loss, and four years in heavy recovery where he had to learn how to speak, eat, walk, and do things for himself, relearning a lot of things all over again, even losing some of his memories.

Over time, he was able to go back to society, graduated from high school, and with doctors' approval, went back to sports. It was his passion as he grew up with a family that loved sports.

Now, after this incident, being in custody fighting for his freedom, he has not been seen at all for his past injuries that he recently received in that beating on August 25th, 2024.

We are asking for your help to bail Freddy out to get the medical help he needs as I just know there's something going on. He needs to be with his family that loves him and his group of doctors and fight his case from the outside where he can get the medical attention he needs.

Freddy is loved by many as he has never been in trouble prior to this terrible incident and has always been a good son, little brother, friend, and kind young man.
