The Story:

Heather Allan is a single mother [widowed] living in Jackson, MS. She has three kids and two grandkids, and she is the one taking care of all of them. She has been silently struggling with all the bills just like everyone else. Last year, she had to move out of the house she was renting for over four years. Due to her low income and the big responsibilities she has, she had to move to a not-very-safe area in West Jackson, MS. She has big plans of climbing her way up to upgrade her life for her and her kids. Although things keep getting tougher, Heather is determined to make things happen for her and her family, a true example of a loving dedicated mother [her husband is dead] I know all of this cause I was close to her family and she massively helped me out when I needed. That is why I am doing what I am doing and if she never helped me out one should not have a reason to do good. back to the story, As mentioned Heather started working two jobs and got certified to be a Reiki healer, she even started her own little business hoping this could change her family's fortune. but regardless of her hard effort and dedication, she started falling behind on some bills, her old car broke down on her and she needed another vehicle, due to the fact she has no savings and is living paycheck to paycheck she had to lease a car (the stolen car) So a week before this happened she was already looking into filing a bankruptcy cause she knew she won't be able to pay off her debt and she was desperately looking for a new, fresher beginning.

However,

last Friday, 05/24/24, she had a very unfortunate event of being attacked at gunpoint. Her car was stolen, and her kids and grandkids are terrified, not to mention things got unbelievably hard. She tried to work out the car situation with her insurance but her plan did not cover stolen vehicle incidents. With no transportation and no money to move out to a more civilized area, I decided to start this campaign for her. The quicker, the better. She needs emergency funds. Let's help her out as we all can be in hard situations through no fault of our own.

Here is how the fund will be used:

$3000 is going to old debt. This will help her save her money for growth.
$6000 is going towards a paid-off vehicle so she will have a relief of monthly payments of $478 on the financed vehicle.
$2000 is going towards a downpayment and the first month's rent to a house in a better/safer neighborhood.

It's not a lot but it's a lot on her, let's try to show her and her family the good side of this nation. I know we are all fighting our own battle and things are not easy-breezy with almost none of us. I am not American myself but I have lived here enough to say I encountered both sides. and let me tell you, the good and the kind people here are worthy and much more in number and faith. together we can make a huge impact. if you can't contribute to the campaign, sharing the word is highly appreciated!

Thank you!

UPDATES:

Today is 05/31/2024

we would like to start by Thanking all the great beautiful people out there, Thanks for the 32 donors (I have taken myself off the list) Thank you so much for helping out and showing how great and good this nation still is!

Here is Heather Allen thanking everyone.

Please IF you cant assist with funds share this link:

together we can make a difference.

1- The hijackers were underage.
one of them was turned in by his parents after watching the tragedy on TV

2- The car was found.
It took Heather a while to be able to get her car back. the car was found a few blocks away from her house parked behind an abandoned house in a pretty bad shape (this car is still financed so Heather is in a situation to try to fix it and still use it as she won't be able to return it. it's still debatable.)

photos of the car will be uploaded soon**

3- She is on the lookout for a place.
with the help of her friends and good-faith people in the community, they are trying to find her a place that is safe and good as she has a big family to take care of. not to mention the baby ones.

with your generous help and constant shares, we all believe this campaign can fulfill its goal.

Thank you.

This is the latest updated video by Heather Allen about the incident.
Since the traumatic experience, she has been in the chaos of taking care of stuff. A lot of pressure on one person to support a whole family. Please if you are a nonprofit organization or someone with a lot of followers share this link.

Heather is struggling right now to find a safe house to rent, some individuals in her community are trying to help, and she is trying her best as well, she found a couple of options but the process is still taking some time, plus she has one eviction note on her file because the previous landlord wanted her to sign a lease and she did not want to sign a lease while some essential repairs needed to be done on the previous house, the water pump was messed up and the ac unit was not working properly, so she ended up deciding to find another house and that's when the landlord got an eviction note on her while she was still looking for a house to move to (its the house where she eventually got attack at)

She is still in urgent need for help. please share this campaign and donate any amount, the more we push things forward the easier things get with her.

Thank you!
