Save Lives: Equip Ivory Coast Clinic's Lab
Tax deductible
I started Ivory Coast Mothers and Children (77-0707086 EIN) over 16 years ago to build a healthcare clinic after living in an African rural village during my Peace Corps service.
We have treated over 50,000 people and have had 1300 births. They have also been awarded for their high quality of service. Still, now the hard-working medical team is facing a crisis in their laboratory that prevents them from effectively diagnosing patients and continuing operations. The equipment in the lab is old and no longer functioning properly and needs to be replaced.
The situation is devastating to the impoverished people who depend on the clinic.
Time is of the essence:
Without the new equipment, the clinic's technicians cannot perform essential medical diagnostic tests to prescribe the proper care and treatment.
The Spectrophotometer determines the amount of light/molecules in the blood $2880
The Hematology Meter determines blood abnormalities $7420
Electrical stabilizers protect from frequent power outages $ 200
The total needed is $10,500
Your donations will have a direct and meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the people who travel from all over the region seeking help.
