Urgent Help for Julia Thomas' Home Restoration

My name is Wanda Thomas. My mother lost her home in 2021 by Hurricane Ida. She has been living in that home since 1969. We have been trying to get help for the past 3 years. She is 78 years old and can’t do it alone. Restore BR gave her a grant to restore the home but she has to pay $10,565.12 before they will move forward. Her deadline to have to money is Nov 1 @. 5 pm.
