Urgent Help for Kristin Fridley & Her Family

This is an urgent prayer and help plea for Kristin Fridley and her family! She experienced the loss of her daughter, Fallon, in 2020, who was brutally murdered by her babysitter.
Since then, she has given birth to a healthy baby boy named Asher (now 2 & 1/2 years old) and on Easter this year she received another surprise in the form of a positive pregnancy test.
Though this baby was not planned, Kristin and her family were elated by this news! This news was sweetened when they found out that their new bundle of joy is a girl!
Though all the family cares about is having a happy, healthy baby, Kristin feels like this is a message from God. A clear blessing, another chance to be a mother to a baby girl. To add to the miracle, the baby's due date is December 9, 2024, four years to the day that Fallon sustained the injuries that lead to her death in the early hours of then 10th.
All was going well; baby girl has been growing just as she should. Then on August 13th an unexpected discovery was made. Kristin went to a routine appointment with her OB specialist. Upon ultrasound a healthy baby girl was seen on the screen. Out of an abundance of caution Kristin told her doctor of some pressure she had been feeling, then promised an ultrasound of her cervix where she was diagnosed with ‘complex/dynamic shortened cervix.’
Out of more caution her doctor recommended hospitalization and bed rest, we were hoping that at her recheck appointment on Monday August 19th she would receive the green light to go home. We were guarded but as she had been feeling no pressure or cramps, we were hopeful.
Upon examination her cervix looked even worse than it did the previous Wednesday! She also went from not being dilated at all to being 1.5-2cm dilated as well as some thinning of her cervix.
Kristin was told that not only would she not be discharged but that she will have to spend the next 4-6 weeks in the hospital on bed rest.
This is not only a huge emotional blow to the family but a financial blow as well as Kristin was planning on working full time and continue with her cat sitting business until at least the end of October.
Kristin is currently 24 weeks pregnant, and though baby girl is viable, it is obviously not ideal to have her so soon!
Kristin is currently laying in a hospital bed on progesterone and doing everything the doctors are telling her to do to keep baby girl inside and baking.
Right now, Kristin and her family are facing the terrible reality that their baby girl could be born way too early and inevitable financial devastation as medical bills continue to stack up.
Kristin has been blessed by her employer Furkids with the decision to keep her on very part time doing some things virtually. It will allow her to continue paying for her insurance with a tad left over.
Kristin and her family are in desperate need right now of prayers and the community's support! Times are tough right now on everyone, so anything is appreciated. Even a share!!
Update: Kristin’s water broke so the hospital is trying to keep the baby in as long as they can. Updates will continue.
