Urgent Help for Last Moments with Dad

Thank you all for helping me AND my 2 kids with our traveling funds on such a short notice to say good bye to my brother their uncle and to my Dad their Granddad. There was much support with having us all there to grieve, feel loss, and to celebrate a life. May time make it easier to have memories but for now its pure grief. I have much gratitude to each of you for your generosity.

My brother died Aug. 1 and my Dad died Aug. 20, both within 2.5 weeks of each other and both from cancer. The need was for me with traveling funds.

All 3 of us traveled at this difficult time to be with my extended family. It was all covered and the goal was met: San Diego to Pittsburgh. Of course the late planned flights were costly.

I did not charge anything with the numerous trips to PA recently and we all appreciate your empathy and care with your consideration to my cause for needing help. I have never asked for financial help in any manner previously but the outpouring was tremendous help and incredibly touching in such a trying time. Thank you all for helping me. I will never forget this heartfelt outpouring at my time of grief.
