Urgent Help for Shea and Injured Son

Hello everyone, my name is Shea. Just recently, my son was caught in a crossfire where he ended up shot in his left foot. MPD took my car for their investigation. For what reason? I don't know. The bullet is still in his foot and the blood never left his shoe, so why tell me you're getting my car for pictures and going to give it back to me the next day and never did? They gave me the runaround about it. Then, I received a letter 2 weeks later saying I have to pay to get it back. I already don't have money for transportation or anything for his appointments and check-ups. Where am I going to get the money for my car now?
