URGENT Help for Sydney's Bills & Work Impacted by Govt.

Hi friends and family! I am in dire need of help as I wait for state funds from the grant I just secured to arrive and still have bills to pay of course. I wanted to get this to you sooner, but my laptop broke in the middle of me creating this - crazy.

My colleagues and I have a small non profit that was just established and is fully grant funded. We are working hard between all of our connections and God is blessing. We received a grant that I wrote to do transformational work and training in the Department of Juvenile Services using restorative dialogue methods grounded in anti-oppression and trauma-informed practices to handle harm within the facilities.

With changes with the government, this has caused slight delays, and my previous contracts ended while waiting for this to begin. I will be directing this project for the next 3 years in our non-profit as the Director of MD Dept. of Juvenile Services Restorative Justice Program and I am so excited. I officially start working on the project next week so I will finally be able to see the financial benefits in May, and oddly enough, my laptop couldn’t have broken at a better time because I’ll be receiving one from the grant funds.

Until then, I need some help. I need this amount in my bank account by Monday so that my bills coming out will not continue to go into the negative or get declined. This will cover the rest of what I need for rent. Anything helps and I DEEPLY appreciate each of you for even taking the time to read this and those who have already supported me.

I contemplated at times going back to full-time work for another org outside of working for myself with my colleagues and our small organization, and every time God made it clear I was supposed to keep doing what I am doing. I was scared to take the leap to this work that needed to be done outside of orgs that already exist as the corruption is strong these days. I finally did last year after God had been nudging me for so long. I knew there would be setbacks financially and I am trusting Him to get me through as I stay on course for the work he has prepared and gifted me for.
