Urgent Help For The Brave People In Iran

To all of you who feel a connection with humanity:

The above link is one of the many news sources on the plight of young Iranians who could not and did not tolerate the killing of the 22year old Iranian, Mahsa Amini. Mahsa was beaten to death in custody for incorrectly wearing her Islamic scarf.

These are photos of Mahsa before and after the beatings!

More than 3 months have passed since the death of Mahsa, and people have been demonstrating every day. But now, Iranian citizens are bravely defending their right to live. People shout ‘Women, Life, Freedom’ as the Islamic regime is firing on them for speaking out against the government’s cruel actions. The people are also pushing back against Iran, helping Russia in Ukraine.

Initially, women, horrified that life could be lost for a headscarf, chanted, ‘I’m not wearing headscarves’. Then government forces began arresting schoolgirls and young women, who, when detained, were denied any visitors. Citizens petitioned for leniency and democracy. But the government responded by covering young and old people with shotgun blasts. Demonstrators were beaten with batons severely and repeatedly on their heads and bodies.
They broke our young peoples’ bodies but not their spirits.

Security forces then broke into schools and universities to arrest students. Parents did not hear of their children’s whereabouts, and the government did not respond to their pleas. The bodies of young people began to be found; many were underage. At their funerals, government forces arrived to beat and torment anguished parents, family and the hundreds of people who had gathered together for support. At this point, people began to fight back.
The government’s response? Shooting people in their homes from helicopters and denying them access to medicine. There is no access to medical help for thousands of imprisoned who endure broken bones, internal bleeding, concussion and organ failure daily. The government is now extending its repressive actions to target ethnic minorities whom they accuse of offering aid and comfort to students.
But you can do something about it. We can help people with medical packs in their homes! We have developed a safe route to get medical supplies and other basic needs directly to safe houses throughout the country. You will understand if we choose not to elaborate on this further.

Many of us are born and raised in Iran and suffer with our countrymen and women. We have put funds together and now appeal for your financial help to urgently provide medical packs to the people of Iran who continue their brave resistance despite being beaten, shot at and killed. Nothing is too small; any gift you choose to make will help the brave and vulnerable people of Iran right now. If you are against the deprivation of human rights and the cruel treatment of the courageous people of Iran, please donate as generously as you can now.

Thank you
