Urgent Help for the Hutchens Family's Relocation

Hi! Our name is Jerry and Jamie Hutchens. We’ve been living in our current house 4 years in April. Our son and his 2 children live in the house. Our grandchildren are 2 and 10 months. We rent through a realtor company, but the man that owns the house lives across the street. The owner is responsible for or supposed to be responsible for fixing everything that goes wrong here. This man has avoided fixing anything and when he has he has done his self which would be okay if he knew what he was doing which he doesn’t. He just rigs it together the cheapest way he can and always has to come back and finically spend more money doing the right way. He is also a scammer who tells lies to get things done for free. Back in the summer the owner worked on the pipe to the sink drain. When he was working on he had my husband help him they worked all day and even had to come back, but he cut a pipe when he was doing this. My husband told him I don’t think you should have cut and the owner said it will be fine. Well now that fine has flooded underneath the house with sewage so bad that the plumber refused to go under the house. The house reeks of sewage. Our light bill in December was 211. Which is normal. January our light bill was 449 and now this month Feb. it was 602 dollars our water bill for December was 120 dollars and for this month when we got was 295. The water bill is every 2 months. We tried reaching at and telling realtor and one lord something was wrong but the kept insisting nothing was. The realtor finally got the owner to approve electricians coming out and when they did they said the stuff to the hvac has dropped due to the water damage under the house so we were basically heating under the house too. The owner of the house pumped sewage in the ditch or drain and the town came out and he told them it was a water leak. Nobody has said anything to this man and he still has not fixed and it’s the 21 stand he’s suppose to have fixed today and he has not been back in over 2 weeks to work on and told everybody it’s fixed. We also about a week ago got a letter we have untill the end of March to move. Most places for rent anywhere are at least 1200 then deposit, not to mention the light bill we have to pay and water bill. We’ve never done this before but thought we’d give it a shot. I know things are outrageous right now, but if anybody give anything to help us it would be greatly appreciated and if you can’t I totally understand please just keep our family in your prays.
