Urgent Help Needed for DeeDee's MS Treatments

Hello everyone my name is DeeDee, I’m coming here seeking help from the community because I am at my wits end. I am battling multiple sclerosis which is an autoimmune disease. I am trying to stay afloat with finances, but unfortunately my situation has gotten more complicated due to my car having recent issues. Just recently in October I noticed my car rapidly shaking while I was at a stop light to which the very next day I took my car to get looked at by a automotive repair shop that I have been going to for the last four years. I was told my car was overheating causing wiring problems, and a burned out catalytic converter. I have already spent 4,000 to fix my car to which the repair shop did not do what they promised and my car is still not running. I have exhausted all of my finances. Since I do not have a car I have been unable to attend my treatments for multiple sclerosis and physical therapy. I really need the communities help to get my car up and running so I can attend my treatments. Thank you in advance for your support!
