Urgent Help Needed for Leishmaniasis Treatment

I was bitten by sandflies around Nov/Dec 2023. I was receiving treatment for leishmaniasis in March 2024. After 4/5 weeks of treatment with Glucantime in Belize, the doctor thought I was healed. Fast forward 3 months later, it came back. I've been to so many doctors, emergency rooms, clinics, ID doctors, and dermatologists, but they've been unable to assist me. The CDC says that my doctor can order the medicine from them, but they currently don't carry it anymore because they never have cases. I've sent biopsy samples to the CDC requested by the NIH, but i haven't gotten any results back. Their funding was cut and staff fired. Without those results and help from the NIH I don't know whose going to treat me.

I'm raising money to go get treatment in a South/Central American country. Somewhere where they're used to seeing and eradicating it. Depending on the treatment, I'll have to stay for 2-6 months. Living with leishmaniasis has been a nightmare. I've exhausted all my resources and energy dealing with this problem. Any moment now, I can develop black fever and/or a host of ailments by going untreated. I'm getting my butt kicked by one of the smallest parasites on the planet and one of the deadliest. Please help
