Urgent Help Needed for Morgan's Car and Health

My name is Morgan and I've been going through a very dark time in my life for several years now. My car doesn't run, my plates are expired along with my license. I also have a ticket that I haven't been able to pay off because I haven't had any way to get to work and I don't have a stable enough internet connection to work from the trailer park I'm currently staying in.

I've never had a ticket before this one and it's $250. My car's battery is dead, it has multiple flat tires, a cracked windshield and I need to renew the plates and my license or they're going to tow it in the next 72 hours. I just desperately need help. I want to get a job, I want to be able to pay off my bills and once I have my car back, everything would change drastically for me.

I suffer from a Neurological disorder that causes me to have seizures, partial paralysis and chronic back pain. I also suffer from Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, PTSD, Arthritis, Scoliosis, Spina Bifida, and a herniated disc. However, I have tried getting government assistance and was denied. I've been at a loss and any amount of help would be greatly appreciated right now, you have no idea... Thank you so much for even taking the time to read this and I promise you, I will get better.
