Urgent Help Needed for Our Family and Pets

Hello, this is very hard for me because I am a proud person, but we need help, so much is happening at once and I don't know what to do or where to start! We have to vacate where we are living by August 28th and in the midst of moving to a much smaller place and it is tough to do with just the two of us.

My health has taken a turn for the worst, I just found out that I have a heart arrhythmia and a spot on my lung on top of crippling neuropathy brought on from my diabetes and have also been suffering from dizzy spells that make me lose my balance and I fell, breaking three front teeth and can't afford a dentist. Even with my chronic pain, I still tried to keep working driving for Uber until the night of July 4th when I was attacked by two guys because I asked them to not eat in my car, they tried to steal my car, pummeled me on the back and side of my head, with one putting his finger in my eye, then they threw their food in the car and spit on me. I tried calling 911 twice and they hung up on me. Once they were both out of the car, I pulled off with both back doors open and with them chasing after me. To make matters even worse my car started breaking down right afterwards and now is undrivable.

My partner Anthony totaled his car earlier this year and we had been sharing my car, now I am not sure what we are going to do. He lost his job in May as an English teacher in a private Catholic school and has had a hard time finding another and his unemployment has not kicked in yet. Both of our babies, Gizmo and Scooby Doo, need to be seen by a vet, Gizmo keeps throwing up (more than usual) and Scooby has developed a wheezing cough and has horrible mats on his back that we can't get out without hurting him. I feel so bad for both, like I am letting them down. It hurts to ask for help like this, but I am at a point where I have little choice.
