Urgent Help Needed for Septic Repair and Home Restoration

So, I can’t use my water. Roto-Rooter came with a camera because my septic has been backing up into my basement. It turns out, I have a belly in my pipe that leads outside to my septic and also my septic pump is fried. This happened because I hired a plumber who didn’t have a license and he wrapped the float around the pump causing it to burn out. Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me $10,000 all together, but I found a local plumber who will only charge me $5,000.

I have to empty my basement pipe anytime I want to use my shower and toilet. I'm washing dishes in a pot and throwing it outside. I don’t want to live like this anymore. I worked so hard to save my parents' house when they passed. I'm tired and embarrassed to have to keep doing this.
