Urgent help needed to save 86 year old from losing home.

URGENT PLEASE HELP!!

My 86-year-old friend is at risk of losing her home and is in desperate need of help.

Seven years ago, she hired a handyman to help her out with minor repairs and maintenance around the house. Unfortunately, he took advantage of her kindness and generosity, which resulted in him squatting on her property until he was finally removed by adult protective services a few months ago.

Unfortunately, the damage to her property, her finances, and her well-being was already severely impacted. He unlawfully converted her garage space into a living space for himself, installing cameras and locks to prevent her from entering. He extorted money from her, and because she feared for her safety, she continued to give him money until she was forced to stop because her savings had been completely wiped out.

Last year, she was hospitalized with a broken hip. Upon returning home, things were worse than ever, and her sister (who lives on the East Coast) finally called adult protective services. They removed him from her property and issued a restraining order on her behalf. He was so angry he maliciously turned the hose on the property, running her water bill up to $3,000.00 for the month.

This is just one example of the dire financial situation she's facing. This type of retribution has plagued her for years, and now she's faced with losing her home if she's not able to afford to pay necessary bills and repairs.
