[Urgent] Help Our Friend Jim Ducharme Fight Cancer

Our friend Jim Ducharme needs our help. On Dec 24th 2020 Jim was unexpectedly rushed to a hospital, fighting for his life, where he received devastating news that he has brain cancer. Since the diagnosis, Jim has gone home and has started the very expensive treatment process. As you can imagine, this has caused a tremendous amount of emotional and financial strain for Jim as expenses continue to mount. Which is why we’re asking for your help.
Jim has been a long time friend to many of us. From his days at GetResponse all the way through to his current work with Mailvio, he’s had an incredible impact on our community. Jim’s positive attitude and wonderful sense of humour has been a beacon of light for many of us. He’s been there through all the ups and downs and has been a staple in the growth of our happy little family.
Unfortunately, Jim’s expenses are piling up and worrying about bills at a time like this is something nobody should have to go through. So for that reason, we’re putting together this GoFundMe to help ease the burden and give Jim as much quality time with his family and friends as possible.
Funds raised will be used to help lessen the burden of medical and living expenses and help Jim fulfill a few lifelong goals such as take his daughter, Rowan, to Harry Potter world. Jim has already been through surgery and is undergoing other forms of treatment. Your donation will help Jim navigate through the many extra costs now, and in the future and will give him the flexibility to make ends meet while spending time with loved ones.
For now, we have set a goal for $20,000 CAD to help cover expenses. Please donate what you can to support Jim’s journey. Even if it’s a small amount, your contributions are immensely valuable.
