URGENT: Help Our Girls Make It To Nationals!!!

Being a teenager is hard in normal times. This past year and change has been unlike any we've ever experienced. There are so many causes worthy of your time, energy, effort and, frankly, your money. I'd like to talk about one organization and cause that I am excited to be a part of and how you can help ensure that an exceptional group of girls - the Boston Slammers 19U girls baseball team - are able to once again feel a sense of normalcy in this crazy world.

This incredibly resilient group of girls has already faced so much adversity. Many of them graduated high school this year after a full year of remote schooling that isolated them from their friends and family members. On top of that, many sports teams canceled their seasons, leaving our players without the sense of community and belonging that only sports can bring.

With the world becoming safe enough for travel and for sport, I'm hoping that you will assist me in giving these girls the opportunity to play the best game in the world on the most competitive stage available to them right now not only because they've spent the last two years challenging themselves to be their best in a world that made it almost impossible.

Boston Slammers Girls Baseball Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls through competitive baseball opportunities. The Slammers have never turned away a girl or a family because of their ability to pay, however, with almost 70 girls, we have to raise TWICE what we have raised before to make this happen and we are in danger of having to turn girls away. You can help make sure that everyone who has worked so hard for this opportunity will get to compete on girls' baseball's biggest stage.
