Urgent Help to Save Sully's Life
Donation protected
Last Thursday, 10/3, I woke up and Sully had lost his ability to use his back legs and I realized, he couldn't see. He stood shaking on the floor hissing at his bowl because he couldn't tell what it was and falling when he tried to get on the couch.
He was diagnosed with FIP with neuromuscular and ocular symptoms- the most aggressive form.
There's only one medication to treat FIP and it's not covered by insurance. I paid $700 to get his first rounds but its going to cost several thousands because this particular form requires two doses a day.
He is responding well! His vision has returned and although his walking is still problematic its improving. I can't afford the full cycle of meds so this is my attempt to save him.
He's my firstborn, my failed foster kitty and the cat that taught me... I am in fact a cat person.
Any extra money, or if he doesn't make it, will be donated to The Nashville Cat Rescue.
