Urgent Home Repairs for Holt Family in Need

We have identified a family in Holt that is in need of immediate home repairs. To reduce any stigma or embarrassment, we are keeping their identities confidential but we can assure you that this is a real and pressing need. This family includes students who attend Holt Public Schools.

Simply put, we are raising $5,000 to give to the family.

Any funds collected that are over the cost of the home repairs will be given, in cash, directly to the family. The repairs needed are specific, so we are not taking in-kind offers for handyman services at this time. A local company has already provided an estimate and we will work through them.

This need was identified by a Holt community member and brought to our attention. We looked at numerous options and will continue to look for additional funds but we need to raise money immediately because the current need is urgent.
