Urgent Hysterctomy

So, My name is Katie. I am 39 years old. In 2009 I had a rare spinal cord injury which resulted in me deciding to be sterilised due to pregnancy being too high risk for me (disabled, in a wheelchair, not a risk I wanted to take) during this surgery I was advised I had endometriosis. Fast forward to 2020 just before lockdown I had 8-hour surgery on this and a new diagnosis of Adenomyosis to boot. This surgery was a last-ditch attempt to try and rid me of this awful disease. 8 hours later and removal of both falliopian tubes later the op is done. This was extreme surgery and recovery was difficult both physically and mentally. I was pain free for maybe 2 months. Then it all started again. I bled solid for 8 months straight. Could hardly get out of bed due to the pain and was suicidal. Took 12 months to see a consultant. I was then agreed I could have a hysterectomy but 1st I needed 6 months of Lurpon (google huge cases in the USA around the use and side effects of this) and HRT. Within 2 weeks I had tried to end my life three times and had self-harmed repeatedly. Op was finally signed off in November only to be told that I am looking at least a two-year wait. I have no life, am in constant pain, bleed all the time, and have long lasting bone damage due to the Lurpon use. I am on strong anti depressants due to the suicidal thoughts and actions. I cannot continue to live like this, I have had no option but to look at going private which is going to cost around £8000
