Emergency Lebanon! Help Bassma help displaced families

Bassma is a Lebanese non-profit association for social development, founded in 2002 (178A/D), which aims to empower the most destitute families and help them become self-sufficient. Families are recruited based on their needs, without any political or religious discrimination.

BASSMA has supported 700,000 persons over the last 22 years, and has received several awards for its good governance and transparency.

During these challenging times we are going through, when more than 1,400,000 persons have been displaced, solidarity is very essential.

Unfortunately, they have lost their homes, livelihoods and safety.

We are receiving calls on daily basis for urgent help.

Till date, Bassma distributed water, cooked meals, mattresses, pillows and hygienic pads to 10,000 displaced families in 50 schools in many different regions in Lebanon.

Bassma is reaching out to you today to be able to help these families regain stability, hope, comfort and dignity.

Sustainable access to sanitation: Families struggle with restricted access to hygiene resources. Bassma distributes hygiene packs on daily basis to cover the essential sanitary needs. For only $15, you can donate a hygiene pack to a displaced family.

Sustainable access to bedding materials: Families suffer from the lack of mattresses, blankets and pillows. For only $70, you can ensure a smooth bedding for a displaced person.
