A Son’s Desperate Plea:My mom Has CANCER, Our Home Destroyed

I never thought that I would resort to asking for help, but all avenues were closed in front of me, and here I am asking you and begging you to save my mother's life and not let cancer devour her body, not for my sake, but for the sake of my little brothers who need her.

My name is Yazan, and I carry a burden far heavier than I can bear. As the eldest son, I am expected to be strong, but the truth is, I am breaking under the weight of it all.

My mother, the heart and soul of our family, is battling CANCER. I watch her struggle every single day, her body growing weaker while we fight desperately to afford the treatment that could save her life.

As if this pain wasn’t enough, we returned to northern Gaza only to find that our home our only place of safety has been reduced to rubble. The walls that once sheltered our dreams our laughter, and our love are now nothing but dust.

My father is still drowning in debt, forced to pay for a house that no longer exists We have no home, no stability and no way to give my mother the safe and peaceful place she so desperately needs in her fragile condition.

My younger siblings are too small to fully understand what we have lost, but they cry for our mother They need her warmth, her love, her care but she is too weak, too ill. And every single day, I fear losing her more than anything in this world.

I am fighting alone. For my mother for my family for even the faintest glimpse of hope. But I cannot do this without help.

In this moment of unimaginable hardship even the smallest act of kindness can change everything Spreading our story letting others hear our plea, could bring us one step closer to saving my mother’s life.
