Why I Need Your Help

Imagine waking up to a flooded floor and no hot water - that was my reality on Friday morning.

Hi, I'm Donna, and I'm facing an unexpected home crisis. After 13 years, my trusty water heater has reached the end of its time, leaving me with the urgent need to replace it.

The total cost, including installation? $2,500 - a sum that feels insurmountable given my current financial situation.

Over the past few years, I've been dealing with some health issues that have led to mounting debt. Making it impossible for me to cover this sudden, essential expense. Living without hot water isn't just an inconvenience - it affects every aspect of daily life, from personal hygiene to household chores.

So far, I've been able to keep up with the water, but this will not improve. Currently, I cannot use hot water; I'm vacuuming the water hourly, and a growing number of spider crickets are enjoying the amenities. This needs to be done ASAP before it becomes a bigger problem, and I also need an exterminator.

As Simon Sinek wisely points out, asking for help isn't a bother - it's an opportunity for others to contribute. So, here I am, reaching out to my community for support.

A Bit About Me

For those who may not know me, I'm the founder of Cravotta Media Group and creator of BeVisible.club. This month marks my 18th year in business; I've dedicated my career to helping authors, speakers, and small businesses reconnect with their stories and become intentionally visible to their perfect audience. Through my work, including "The Real 50 over 50: The Wisdom Revolution" project, I've had the privilege of sharing the stories of over 100 women over 50 through a weekly live interview series and monthly panel discussion. It's this spirit of community and mutual support that I've always believed in and championed.

I'm hoping to raise $2,500 to cover the cost of a new hot water heater and its installation. I know there are many worthy causes out there, and I've always believed in supporting others when I can.
