Urgent Need: Van for Dad's Cancer Care

In January of this year our dad, William "Billy" Pollock, was hospitilized due to numbness in his legs and a broken arm from falling. While in the hospital they found a mass on his spine which was causing the numbness/paralisis in his legs and feet. After lots of scans and tests he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He went through a couple rounds of radiation while in the hospital for the mass with no change and surgery doesn't seem to be an option but he did start treatment for the myeloma shortly after being released from the hospital. About 3 weeks ago, he was hospitilized again due to complications of the cancer treatment and both arms have breaks in them. They are holding off on surgery because his immune system is weak and he currently has pneumonia. It is hoped that his bones will heal without surgery. Now, with all of this comes a lot of drs appointments. He has to be "hoisted" out of his home hospital bed and put in a wheelchair as he can't walk/move his legs and he has no use of his arms since they are broken. Transferring him to a regular vehicle is out of the question so he/stepmom is in dire need of a handicap van with a lift and all other safety requirements so she can get him to and from his appointments. With medical bills, prescriptions costs and household bills there just isn't enough to cover the cost of a handicap van so I would like to take care of this to ease the financial burden. I am not sure what the exact cost will be but any funds above the cost of the van will go towards his medical bills.
