Urgent relief for Family, home lost in Sinkhole

Hi, my name is Mark and I'm raising funds for my Aunt Cindy and cousin Tina, who lost nearly everything in a sinkhole event in Santa Maria, CA on Januarty 9th. The floodwaters rushed into the house during dinner, causing extensive damage. 20 homes needed evacuation by the fire department.

Sinkhole reported at 4200 block of Hibiscus Court

The total damages are estimated to be as much as $150k, as of now insurance will do nothing as flood insurance is next to unattainable in the area. The community is trying to hold the State of California liable, which may come to fruition but we will not know for some time.

While that is on hold I hope we can provide them with some assistance for living and salvaging what belongings they can from their home. Here's a photo my Aunt sent me this morning, after the water has receaded.
