Urgent Relocation Fundraiser

Hello, My name is Chanel. I currently live with my 15 year old daughter, and after 10 years of living in an apartment in our dream location, we got the news that we must relocate as soon as possible. This news is devastating since I had recently spent most of finances on helping my twin sister and her 5 kids move and get established in New York after being separated for 16 years.

I work full time and I used to do Birth Work (Birth Doula, Birthing Assistant to a Midwife, Maternal Mental Health Advocacy) as well as teach Zumba. However, I took a step back for the last year to take care of my family and attend to an injury. So, all my additional sources of income and savings are depleted. A move was the last thing I expected; at the beginning of the school year, no less, and right before the holidays.

I've worked really hard to establish myself and my daughter in this community. We attend church and I volunteer as a girls ministry leader. We love all the nature trails and access to the beach. We have so many memories here, so this has taken a huge toll on us emotionally and mentally. However, we are strong believers in our faith in the Lord, and we know that all things will work out for our good.
