Urgent Rent Assistance for Melanie and Her Cats

Hi, my name is Melanie and I find myself in yet another emergency with regard to rent. I need to pay back rent (Feb and March 2025) by this Friday the 20th.

I have put more items up for sale and currently have $200 in sales pending receipt of payment. The total noted in this fundraiser is indeed the total needed, however, I already have close to $1300 that I'll make notation of after I've posted this live.

I'm sorry to find myself in such a need to start another fundraising project; but a dear friend found my old fundraiser and just donated to it this morning! She saw I had posted on Facebook that I needed money and had put up items for sale and she chose to send a donation! Thus I decided to post another plea this morning. My kitties and I would appreciate any help folks feel comfortable with giving.

The funds accumulated through this fundraiser will all be used towards paying the back owed rent; though I DO have two kitties that need to see a vet soon as well. Rockette turns 17 next month and has ongoing dementia--she is having kidney issues. Toby is only 3 1/2 years but has been sneezing and having watery eyes for three days now. I worry about them both.
