Chow Chow Rescue of Central New York and The Sebastian Foundation for Animal Rescue have partnered together to help Rupert.
Rupert, a sweet and loving Chow Chow rescue, is facing a life-threatening medical crisis. He has been diagnosed with an ulcerated perianal mass, causing him pain and discomfort. He urgently needs medical care to relieve his suffering and give him a chance at a happy, pain-free life.
