Urgent: Sundae's Surgery and Care Needs

Raising funds for my 8-year-old dog that has always acted like a puppy and now can barely walk or jump. He has to have 2 separate surgeries on his back legs, physical therapy, medicines, and the cost of rides to get him to and from the vet. He has Spondylosis and fractures on his back legs. It's Degenerative and surgery is necessary for better qualify of life.

If anyone knows Sundae, he is a lover and just wants to play 24/7. He has lost weight and muscle mass, and I've been carrying him around.
