በአማራ ክልል ደቡብና ሰሜን ወሎ ዞኖች በነበረው ወረራና ጦርነት ከፍተኛ ሰብዓዊ: መንፈሳዊና ቁሳዊ ውድመት ደርሷል:: የወደሙትን የጤና: የትምህርትና የንግድ ተቋማት መልሶ ለመገንባት የሁላችንንም ርብርብ ይጠይቃል:: በአሁኑ ወቅት ወገኖቻችን የሚበሉትና የሚለብሱትን ተዘርፈውና ተገፈው በችግር ላይ ወድቀው ይገኛሉ:: እንድሸማቀቁና አንገታቸውን እንዲደፉ ተሞክሯል:: ይሁን እንጂ ወገን አላቸውና በአስቸኳይ ደርሰን ልንታደጋቸው ይገባል:: በአሁኑ ወቅት አስቸኳይ የምግብ እርዳታ ይስፈልጋል:: ይህም እርዳታ በደሴ እና አካባቢው ለሚገኙ ወገኖቻችን አንገብጋቢ የእለት ፍላጐታቸውን ለመሸፈን ይውላል።

North and South Wollo Zones of the Amhara Regional State have seen significant loss of life, psychological harm, and destruction of property due to the occupation of and the subsequent active conflict in these areas. Our contributions are essential to rebuild destroyed health, education, and other vital infrastructure. Our communities have been robbed of their belongings and are currently faced with grave challenges as a result.

In spite of attempts to condemn our communities to shame and misery, we must stand by their side and provide urgent assistance. Currently, they’re in need of emergency food aid. Our communities should not starve while we’re around!

How Donations will be Managed

We have a Team of local volunteers in Dessie who are responsible for needs and assessment and distribution to recipients. We will use a Team of local volunteers to perform needs assessment and distribute food and other items to the impacted community. Reports on size of beneficiaries, funding distributed, purchases made etc will be provided to donors.
