Urgent Surgery Needed for our 3 year old Bear's Survival

Our names are Janell and Daniel. We urgently need help with fundraising to cover medical costs for our dog, Bear, who needs urgent surgery. He has stones in his bladder and urethra and has not urinated in a couple of days. As of 7/21 his bladder is swelled up. Please, he is our baby. We have had him since birth, so he is like our child.
