Urgent Vet Help Needed for Debi's Dog Shy

Hi my name is Debi. My little dog Shy is in need of vet attention immediately. He went through this same thing a few years ago where he couldn't pee. The stones are back and he can't pee again. This little guy is so sweet he's 14 years old and I just don't have the funds to take him to the vet time is of the essence. Please if anyone can donate anything will help these veterinarians down here in NC don't care about people's pets
