Hi my name is Rick . On behalf of the famuily I wanted to reach out to the community for donations to help cover Oscar's funeral expenses. Oscar passed away in a unfortunate accident on paige and 99 in Tulare a few nights ago. Oscar also know as el chino by those who knew him. Oscar leave behind a daughter and a wife.
