Urns for homeless veterans
Donation protected
Burial Urns for Homeless Veterans is a needed fund raiser and more importantly needed to provide for those who risked everything to serve this Great Country – AMERICA. There is a group of disabled Veterans and those who Support US here at Sea Wind RV park in Riviera, TX. Our goal is to build and ship these Burial Urns to State Veterans Cemeteries around the country at no cost to them. There is a lack of urns for these forgotten Veterans. We hope to fill this need.
The Wood Working Group at Sea Wind RV Park is part of the Winter Texan Association here at Sea Wind RV. The burial urns came about due to several 100% Disabled Veterans recognizing this need. The funds raised will go to the purchase of all material needed to complete the urns and ship them to those who request them. Last year our group provided 18 urns to the Texas State Veterans Cemetery at Corpus Christi, TX.
It is our honor to be able to give to this project and see that our fallen brother or sister are laid to rest. All Urns are free to help out this great cause and provide the Veteran his last home. The Homeless Veteran has no money nor family to see that he or she is buried. That is the reason behind our project.
We are asking for help in funding this project for our Veterans. Also, if you have a group that does woodworking we can provide you with plans to start you own Urn building to help the homeless Veteran.
Mark Craddock, President of the Sea Wind Winter Texan Association will handle the distribution of the funds to the Wood Workers Group here at Sea Wind. Thank you for your help in this matter.
