Jerry Medina’s Medical Bills

Hi, my name is Rachel I’m raising this money for my Uncle Jerry. He’s a cook at Dairy Queen and was recently Jumped and they broke his jaw. Ended up in the hospital with surgery to wire his jaw back together. He will be out of work a few months so me and my family are asking for a little bit of help while he won’t be able to work while he’s to recover. Jerry is an elderly man that doesn’t bother anyone nicest and down to earth man will do anything to help anyone out. We just ask for any little donation and prayers for a speedy and smooth recovery..
