Please help us afford Quintin's emergency vet treatment

Hi, those of you who know me online know that we've been struggling with a lot of veterinary issues lately between our three cats, two of whom have Feline Lower Urinary Tract disease*.

On July 24th we had to bring Quintin in to the emergency vet because his urinary crystals came back despite being on a prescription urinary diet. We noticed he was straining and rushed him to the clinic where they confirmed he was fully blocked, and where he will insert a catheter to remove the blockage. He will have to stay at the vet for three days to ensure he doesn't block again. Further treatment will depend on his condition. His bloodwork and x-rays were good, so we're hopeful he'll be okay, but dehydration and electrolyte imbalances may have to be treated with intravenous fluid therapy and he will likely be given/prescribed pain medication and anti-anxiety medicine, as well as anti-inflammatories to help him feel better.

My partner and I are a single-income household. I am disabled and have been struggling to find work. Our three cats are our babies, our life, and we've had a string of bad luck this past year with multiple vet and emergency vet visits, but we were able to cover those expenses until now.

Quintin's estimation is around $5,546 for the overnight stays, the bloodwork and x-rays, and the medications he will need during and after his hospital stay.

For us, this fee is astronomical, and sets us back nearly half a year in rent payments. All funds raised here will go towards Quintin's care.

Any help you can give us will help us so much in terms of being able to afford Quintin's current emergency care, and help us afford his prescription food which prevents the development of crystals, as well as help to keep us securely housed.

*FLUTD or urinary blockages in cats are a serious medical condition that are fatal if not caught in time. Life-threatening consequences can occur in as little as 12-24 hours.
