US Air Force Family Loses Everything To House Fire
Donation protected
On the morning of January 20, 2024, tragedy struck in Texas as my sister and her family, comprising four people (Taryn, Duane, Kolton, & Kaidon) and three furry companions, faced the unimaginable – the loss of their home and everything inside of it to a fierce house fire.
The fire consumed everything in it’s path, leaving behind only ashes of memories once cherished. My sister Taryn is known for her selflessness and kind heart, never expecting that one day she would be the one in need. She would never ask for help and I’m doing this to show that she is loved and cherished and will rise from this horrible downfall. Her husband Duane is an Air Force Veteran of 17 years and is currently still working for the US Air Force, totaling 22 years of service. He has been deployed to Iraq, Qatar, and Korea. They both always give so much to everyone around them, it’s heartbreaking that they have to endure this tragedy.
This fundraiser seeks to help alleviate the financial burden that comes with rebuilding a home and replacing all the essential belongings. The funds raised will contribute towards securing a new place to call home, providing basic necessities, and helping Taryn and her family get back on their feet.
Every donation, no matter the size, is a step towards rebuilding not just a house, but the warmth, security, and love that once filled it. Together, we can make a difference and turn tragedy into an opportunity for a fresh start. Please help this family and give back, they have served our country for many years and are always helping others, anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
