Help us support children & young people affected by cancer.
Jacob Matthew Crane lived a life of love, laughter and loyalty. His smile, as well as his wicked sense of humour, were infectious.
Following his diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) in 2022, Jacob and his family where overwhelmed by the support and love that was shown to them. Following Jacob's passing at 17 years old, his family and friends are determined to show the same courage and bravery as he did, to make a positive difference to the lives of other children affected by a cancer diagnosis.
Through his foundation, Jacob's legacy will endure as a force for good. Our purpose is to help increase awareness of childhood cancers and to provide support to children and young people, and their families, throughout all stages of diagnosis to treatment and beyond. We strive to create moments of joy and laughter even in the face of such devastating news.
Your support, no matter how large or small, will make a difference.
Fall four times, stand up five.
