Help with bills, and car repair.

Hello my name is Dave. My wife Sonia and I need your help. Please bare with me I will make this as short as possible. Over the course of the last 6 months my wife has had some medical issues forcing her and I both to take several weeks off work causing us to fall behind on all of our bills and we have been unable to recover. My wife Sonia suffers from Kidney failure and is currently active on the transplant list awaiting a new kidney. When this started Sonia was hospitalized for 2 weeks and was told she has to start Dialysis. When Sonia was able to be released from the hospital I started training to do her dialysis treatments at home so we can do her treatment on our own schedule, and she would be able to go back to work. The training for this took 6 weeks in which Sonia was unable to work, and I was also unable to work during that time. I currently do her dialysis treatments at home after we both work for the day. I currently work with Instacart so I have the ability to take off any time necessary to take Sonia to her appointments and for any other medical issues that come up. In the past 6 months Sonia has started dialysis. Had bariatric surgery to get down to the necessary weight to get on the transplant list, and unfortunately also had to have eye surgery to repair a ruptured blood vessel that caused temperary blindness in her eye. All this adds up to just over 3 months of her not being able to work because of training for at home dialysis, surgery, and recovery. We have been unable to recover financially from this. We are currently almost 4 months behind on rent as of July 1st. We are months behind on bills and struggling to make payments to keep utilities going along with car payments so we have a way to get Sonia to work, and so I can work. Our car is also in disrepair needing breaks and rotors that I estimate will no longer work withing the next couple months leaviing us both unable to work. As of July first we will owe $2,700 in rent. It will take an estimate of about $600 minimum to fix the car and we are behind on bills estimated at about $2,000 which includes our car payment and insurance for both the car, and myself. Our bank account has been going negative ever monh trying to keep up with payments costing us even more money in overdraft fees. We currently rent our apartment from Sonia's uncle who has been very understanding, and so far not had issues with us paying him when we can but we fear this won't last much longer. A few of Sonia's family members have been generous and helped us with money as have a few of my family members but unfortunately we have still been unable to dig out of this hole. I also have medical issues that are making it more difficult for me to work. I have bad sciatica, a bad hip from a previous work injury, and a bad knee that gives out when I walk swells up bad and is getting worse every day. I have to use a cane to get up, and down my stairs at home and I am unable to afford the $50 copay I need to see a specialist. My doctor says I should qualify for disability but so far have been unsuccessful in my efforts to get on it. I have focused all of my efforts to taking care of my wife to the point of neglecting my own health, and my efforts are failing. I need help, and I'm asking anyone willing even if it's just a little to help me get back on track. I figure I need about $5,000 to $6,000 to get all of our bills in order and get our car in proper working order so I can continue working, and taking my wife to work and doctors appointments.
