USA Freestyle fundraiser for World Championships
Tax deductible
The athletes in freestyle kayaking are 100% self-funded, which means once they achieve the honor of qualifying for the team to represent the United States of America at the World Championships, they are faced with the financial challenge of paying for all of their own expenses including: entry fees, uniforms, flights, hotel/camping, meals, etc. which averages approximately $3000 per athlete. You can buy a uniform for an athlete for $65 or pay an entry fee for $250. But really, every single dollar makes a difference for these athletes. Your $5, 10, or 20 donation adds up to help these athletes focus on what they do best...kayaking and bringing home the gold!
