Hello, I'm Elijah better known as Shah, as many of you already know I have stage 4 aggressive lung cancer. I was diagnosed back on Christmas 2018. I have a wife and 5 kids and try to make ends meet with what we have. With all the changes going on in 2024 Medical expenses have severely increased and I'm having to choose whether to cancel an important appointment or get medications or pay a household bill. We are struggling with bills and basic daily necessities such as food and gas, any help is appreciated
