USS Liberty Veterans - Attacked June 8, 1967

On June 8, 1967, an American Naval ship, the USS Liberty AGTR5, was viciously attacked by Israel during the 6-Day War between Israel and Egypt. The USS Liberty sailed 13 miles offshore in International Waters when unmarked Jets opened fire on the ship. Also, we were attacked by motor torpedo boats, and in 2 hours, Israel killed 34 USS Liberty Crewmen and wounded another 174, with a whole crew of 294 sailors. Not only were we bombed, but we were also torpedoed and napalmed with 821 holes in our ship.
The US Government has covered this up for 55 years, and our crew continues to fight for the truth and needs your support to reach our goals. The goal is to get a "Congressional Investigation," which has not happened.
