Help with monthly bills and medical

Hi my name is William, I'm recovering from injuries to my ankle in an accident nine weeks ago. I'm an over the road truck driver and haven't been able to work since January 25, 2023. Looks to be an additional 3 weeks in a cast for a total of 12 weeks.
